Land & Building Documents
All statutory documents pertaining to college land and building as required by NCTE and university norms.
Land Registration Documents
Official land registration documents certifying college ownership of Khasra No. 38-48/2/2, Gram Bhauri, Bhopal, M.P. Registered with the Sub-Registrar, Bhopal.
Land Use Certificate (CLU)
Land use change certificate (CLU) issued by the Town & Country Planning Department, M.P., permitting use of land for educational institution purposes.
T&CP Layout & Permission
Layout plan approval and permission granted by the Town & Country Planning Department, M.P., for development of the campus site as per sanctioned zoning norms.
Non-Encumbrance Certificate
Certificate issued by the Sub-Registrar confirming the college land is free from any registered mortgage, charge, or encumbrance.
Approved Building Plan
Sanctioned building plan approved by the relevant authority detailing the layout, floors, rooms, laboratories, library, and other infrastructure as per NCTE norms.
Building Completion Certificate
Building completion certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation of Bhopal, confirming the college buildings are constructed as per approved plans and are safe for use.
Fire Safety Certificate
Fire safety clearance certificate issued by the competent fire department confirming adequate fire prevention and safety arrangements on campus.
Building Safety Certificate
Structural safety certificate issued by a licensed structural engineer confirming the building is structurally sound and safe for occupancy.
Mutation Certificate
Revenue mutation certificate (NΔmantaran) reflecting the updated land ownership record of the college in the government land records.
Barrier Free Environment Certificate
Certificate confirming the campus provides a barrier-free environment with ramps, accessible washrooms and other facilities for persons with disabilities, as per NCTE and Government norms.
